Noise & disturbances: Please keep noise levels reasonable. No loud parties or events after 10 PM, as the property is in a quiet area. Violations may result in vacating the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
