Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.

Noise & disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.

Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.

Safety & security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.

Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.

Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
