Check-in & check-out: Standard check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
Refund Policy: For cancellations that comply with our policy terms, refunds will be processed as per the details below:
1. Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-9 days post cancellation request.
Security deposit refund policy: 3,000. Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.
Noise & disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.

Collected in addition to the standard security deposit.
Pet Sanitation Fee (One-time, collected at check-in)

• 2/3BHK – ₹2,000
• 4/5BHK+ – ₹3,000
• Prive Collection – ₹4,000
Kindly Note
• Pets are not allowed in the pool – A care charge of ₹10,000 will apply if this is overlooked.
• Clean-up is your responsibility – Please pick up after your pets.
• Damages, if any, will be charged at actuals.

Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
Safety & security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Alaya Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
