5. Term & Termination
These Terms of Use remain in effect while you access or use SpottyGo's platform and services. You may terminate your use at any time by deactivating your account. SpottyGo can suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account if you violate the agreement, engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, or are required to by law. Upon termination, your access will end, and any outstanding obligations will remain. 2. Service Order and Satisfaction:
Before confirming any service order, carefully review the service description and price. Proceed only if you are fully satisfied with the details displayed on the SpottyGo platform. SpottyGo is not responsible for any unsatisfactory service performance or delays caused by third parties.
3. User’s Legal Capacity:
Users affirm that they are legally capable of entering into contracts and making valid payments for services. If suspicious activity is detected in your account, SpottyGo reserves the right to cancel future orders without liability.
4. Credit Card Payments:
For credit card transactions, users must ensure they have the authority to use the card and are fully responsible for any fraudulent transactions. SpottyGo is not liable for fraud or misuse of payment methods.
5. Availability of Services:

SpottyGo is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Users are advised to take proper care of their valuables.
By using the SpottyGo platform, you acknowledge that SpottyGo does not own or manage any properties such as Hotels, Dharamshalas, Halls, Guest Houses, or similar accommodations, nor does it control the operations or conduct of any third-party providers. SpottyGo is not liable for the quality, suitability, or any issues related to services offered by third-party entities. It is your responsibility to safeguard your personal belongings, as SpottyGo and its team are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your valuables during your stay.
7. Communication
By using the SpottyGo platform, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions with SpottyGo are conducted electronically, and you consent to receive communications from SpottyGo through electronic means, including but not limited to email, SMS, or app notifications. SpottyGo may communicate with you periodically or as needed for account updates, bookings, or service-related information. While SpottyGo strives to protect the confidentiality of your personal data, you understand that no transmission over the internet can be entirely secure. Therefore, SpottyGo is not liable for unauthorized access, alteration of your data, or issues arising from errors in transmission. The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement constitute the entire understanding between you and SpottyGo regarding the use of the platform and services. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. SpottyGo reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with or without notice, and your continued use of the platform will signify your acceptance of any changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpottyGo operates, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhavnagar - Gujarat.
