The Story of Mahalakshmi Temple, Kolhapur

As per legend, once upon a time Sage Bhrigu tried to test the Tridev (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva) to know who was the most composed. Sage Bhrigu went to Vaikuntha Dham, and to test Lord Vishnu, he kicked Lord Vishnu's chest.
